Instructions for printing Power point web pages (left column above) in handout format.

Open the lecture you are interested in, click on ‘File’, select ‘Edit with Microsoft power point for windows’.  When the Power point document opens, proceed with the instructions below.

  

 

Instructions for printing the ppt (Powerpoint) file,

Open the Power point document, click on ‘File’, select print, and then under ‘Print what’ choose handouts.  You can also choose whether to print 3, 6 or 9 slides per page. 

Ensure you also select ‘Pure black and white slides’, ‘Scale to fit paper’ and Frame slides’. 

Click OK.
