4-H Ranch Horse Clinics

There are two separate clinics, though participants may register for both. Clinic fee is $ 15 per session. Unlimited Auditors are welcome at no charge.

Morning Clinic, 9:00 am - noon, $15:
Ranch Ground Handling Basics, and Trail Obstacle Tips & Techniques (Standard & Ranch). Both ground handling and trail will cover maneuvers and not actual patterns, although we will
have some printed patterns available to take home.

Afternoon Clinic ‐ 1:00 ‐3:00 pm, $15:
Ranch Roping with live cattle ‐ Paid Youth will receive one-on-one instruction on techniques for training and rope handling, and will be able to practice with live cattle.

Both clinics will take placeon Saturday, February 25. There will be an hour between clinics for lunch on your own if you plan to attend both. 4-H'ers may ride their own horse or just audit. However, the number of riders is limited so be sure to pre-register if you want to bring a horse (see contact informatin on the flyer).
