The Department of Animal Sciences offers programs in Master of Science, Master of Science (non-thesis), and Doctor of Philosophy. Each program is designed to provide advanced training beyond the baccalaureate degree. Upon completion, our students will be trained to conduct research, teach, and carry out extension activities in animal agriculture across the major animal species: beef, dairy, poultry, swine and equine.
