    Dairy-Beef Quality Assurance

    A workshop titled “Dairy-Beef Quality Workshop: Focus on Culling Management” was held September 25-26, 2009, at the UF Animal Sciences Building in Gainesville, FL. About 45 people attended. This workshop aimed to help dairy producers get the most out of animals removed from the herd.
