Justin Callaham
Lecturer - Equine Science
Kyle grew up in Modesto California raising swine, cattle, sheep, and chickens on his family farm. He was highly involved with the collegiate meat and livestock judging through his time at Modesto Junior College and Fresno State University where he received his Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Education. He then started graduate school at the University of Florida where he completed his Master's degree in Animal Sciences, focusing on Meat Science. He enjoys processed meats, raising pigs, and spending time with his wife, Kendall, son Henry, and daughter Olivia.
