The Animal Sciences Building is located adjacent to the L.E. Larson Dairy Science building and across the street from UF Veterinary Medicine. The building hosts the academic and business offices for the department as well as the majority of animal science lecture courses. The building also includes the UF Meats Processing Center and retail store, a student library, several research laboratories, a test kitchen, and graduate student and faculty offices.
